Service Description

This is a six-session series invites you to be witnessed by community. We will deep-dive into the recurring themes, ancestral narratives, identity and dissonance, and beheaviors you are ready to challenge and change. Life is but a stage --step into different roles and allow yourself to be seen, reflected, and transformed. Through multimodal, expressive, and mindful practices, we will explore life stories. Come as you are, take creative risks, build connection, and make something meaningful.
