Welcome to VISERY LLC. By accessing this website or engaging in services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions are designed to set clear expectations and protect your time, rights, and relationship to this work.

1. Services Offered

VISERY LLC provides individual, couple, and group sessions that may incorporate talk-based, narrative, expressive, or movement-centered modalities. Packages of multiple sessions are available for purchase. All services are offered to adults aged 18 and over.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to determine fit and explore needs.

Individual sessions: $60/hour
Couples sessions: $120/hour

Accepted payment methods include: cash, Zelle, Venmo, and checks. Some fees may be negotiable based on mutual agreement and financial access.

Clients must reach out directly to VISERY LLC to book. Walk-ins or on-demand scheduling is offered at this time.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your time and my time both matter. The payment for your session represents a commitment of shared time and presence.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full session fee will be retained.
Sessions in a package may be rescheduled up to 3 times. After 3 reschedules, that session is considered used and the next session in the package will be applied.
Partial refunds may be granted for unused sessions in a cancelled package.
Unused sessions expire after 6 months from the date of purchase and must be repurchased after that time.

4. No Emergency Guarantees

If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Engaging in services with VISERY LLC does not constitute a promise of outcome. These sessions are spaces of exploration, expression, and guided support—not a substitute for licensed psychotherapy or medical care.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions is treated with care and confidentiality, following ethical standards for student therapists and advising professionals. Personal data shared via contact forms or intake is handled with respect and never sold or shared without permission. See the Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (written, visual, or downloadable) is the property of VISERY LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
